This mail-in offer (again, only available in Canada) gives customers the choice of receiving Halo 3, Lost Odyssey, PGR4 or Viva Pinata Party Animals for FREE as long as receipt proof can be supplied proving that $100 in accessories were purchased between June 17th and July 1st, 2008. And by accessories, we mean pretty much every accessory known to exist including controllers, Vision camera, wireless adapter, 120GB HDD and the Messenger Kit. That means if you are already in the market for high priced 360 accessories like the 120GB HDD or wireless adapter, you pretty much score a free game with your purchase. Hit the "source" link below (warning, it is a PDF link) to read all offer details.

Xbox Live Vision Gold Pack (1 year Gold + camera + 3 XBLA games + 200 points + headset)
Quick Charge Kit (includes one battery)
Messenger Kit (Chatpad + headset)
Wireless Controller
Wireless Wheel
Rechargeable Battery
Those accessories are all really worth it. You'd be surprised how useful a chatpad or quick charge kit can be if you don't have one currently.

Too bad its only in Canada. But either way, I already have Halo 3... and the other games are not even on my list(Lost Oddysey? Any good? ) as games I actually want to play or buy.
But as for the opportunity for this deal, thanks.

Xbox Live Vision Gold Pack* (Good if you want a vision camera)
Quick Charge Kit (includes one battery)
Messenger Kit (Chatpad + headset)***
Wireless Controller
Rechargeable Battery
I'll vouch for those accessories. I don't know why I ever wanted to deal with regular batteries. Rechargeable is the way to go with the 360. And the chatpad? Meh, its nifty rather than typing with the controller for sure. The vision camera is a flop. Not worth the money, period. There is like 2 games that actually use the vision camera decent - Burnout Paradise, and Uno. Worth the money for the experience? Not a chance.

um, ALOT of games use the camara man, all the sports games to creat your own player, and games like Rainbow six vegas to create your own character...

I think the chatpad was a Godsend. I use it damn near every gaming session. All the time I've saved using the Chatpad for messaging justifies the $30 price tag. The Vision cam is super cheap, and worth the money as well IMO.

Marauder - I was actually thinking about buying a chatpad. Is it sturdy/built well? Is it heavy?

italiansmoke - the chatpad is v.well built & its very lite. The buttons are quite strong - i've had the device since release & have had no problems; was using USB keyboard b4 but its no comparison; chatpad is so much more convenient :)
i dont think it sucks up a lot of power from the controller even though the keys lightup for a few seconds when pressed.
after a little while holding the controller you dont notice its there - but when u need to send a message/re-name something, its a Godsend.

btw - Is there a way to post on X3F.com without getting the stupid email every tim? Every time I post on here, I have to wait until I get an email to send it. Can I change that, and just have it post when I hit the post button?

Let's see here, I have:
Vision cam
wireless headset
wireless racing wheel
HD-DVD drive (still use it, it's a decent normal DVD drive for my PC so now I have 2 optical drives)
so I spent a hell of a lot of money on 360 accessories... and I don't get a free game in the US? Ghey M$ frigtards, show us Americans some love too :)

Stop getting your panties in a bunch guys. Like this even applies to you. I own over $200 in accessories and im Canadian and I dont get my free game, why? because I already own them. And im sure you guys do to. Honestly who had plans to spend $100 in accesories in the next 2 weeks?
Furthermore, all these games are available on the xbox retail zone thingy for $9.99 each, without the need to purchase accessories (not to mention they sell cheap accessories to, like a $50 wireless adapter)
