Video: Spartan is the Fresh Prince of Zanzibar
It's Saturday and we're feeling really, really, really random today. So random, that after browsing the interwebs and coming across a video that blends two of our favorite forms of entertainment, we just had to share. Embedded above is the intro from The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air recreated in full Halo 3 glory. Though, minus Will Smith. It makes us want to watch some I Am Legend, Men in Black or Ali ... well, maybe not Ali so much.

Pretty good recreation. I always like to watch the Prince and see how much life has changed in the decade+ since that show was on air.

Wow, ah...didn't expect this, this IS random.
I made this with some friends [from a now dead clan Orbis Sanctum] back in November. I came up with the idea, got a couple friends together like Pkabooicu, Xetzu, and ForcefulXCon [among other cast/help] and set off to do a one-day Machinima project. It was real fun to work on, and had some great people with me.
Heh, sort of funny that this has come to this point...posted it only on YouTube so I could post it on HighImpactHalo. Anyway, glad you guys love it, I'll have another video up very soon [and it's another remake]. =D

Oh my.... some people have far too much time on their hands. I thought I was a hardcore gamer but i guess not getting this ensures that I am far, far from it.

Giant Bomb is an overrated POS wanna be gaming blog site. I went there, and at first glance i liked it, and then i started clicking on the videos only to have them stop playing and "seeking" 3% into the video, EVEN though the entire video was downloaded already and the buffer bar was full!
On a less angry note, the site has potential, every blog post about a game is pretty much a mini review. But we have to remember that this site has a pre- gamespot crew behind it, and has a big possibility of going "Pro" like GameSpot and IGN, who i hate, and never visit them for anything. Blog sites do the job, because i dont need IGN, GameSpot or anyone else to tell me if a game is good or not. Ill rely on friends or videos for that and reserve my judgment for when i play it.
In the end i would hate to see a "wanna be" Gaming Blog turn into a "Pro" Gaming site that only cares about the money they make, and end up taking bribes to give better reviews. GiantBomb, dont become that.
