Right, so I've read that you can't use an external drive connected via USB for save games on Xbox 360. So if this is the case, why does my Xbox ask me what device I want to use everytime I save a game? Surely if I can only use the Xbox hard drive, then this question is pointless?
Ah, but you're forgetting the mighty, mighty memory unit! That is why your Xbox 360 asks you what device you want to use. Now, why it doesn't just default to the hard drive if you don't have a memory unit is a mystery that earthly minds may never solve.
Hello Fanboys, I have a question for you. I am considering purchasing Guitar Hero: Aerosmith. I think the tipping point on whether I purchase it or not is if Guitar Hero III songs will work with the Game?
Update: Guitar Hero: Aerosmith will not support Guitar Hero III DLC.
We're going to assume you're talking about DLC, as Guitar Hero III's campaign resides on the game disc itself. Microsoft has told us that there's no reason a sequel couldn't be compatible with a prequel's DLC. That said, it would be up to Activision and Neversoft to sort out the technical issues and legal matters involved. It's hard to imagine that Activision would go to that kind of trouble, especially given that Guitar Hero: Aerosmith is being treated as a completely separate product, not an expansion pack.
Whatever Happened to the Indiana Jones game? I heard of it last years E3 or the year before and they were far on it, but now i dont see info about. Im not sure if it was based on one of the movies or not but it look like a really nice nex gen game, think of the bourne game coming out. Did they cancel it?
RecklessElf (a.k.a Andy)
Good news, the game is not canceled! We contacted LucasArts and, while we didn't get any specifics, we were told "Nothing new to report on the game as yet, but stay tuned." Companies aren't in the habit of telling us to stay tuned for a cancellation announcement, so it looks like Indy is still on track (no surprise there, nothing keeps him down). We pressed to find out just when we might expect to hear something new, but have yet to receive a response. Hopefully we'll hear something by the time E3 rolls around next month. After all, it's been quite some time since we heard anything.
I was doing a little researching on the upcoming game Grid, and I came along a page on IGN about Dirt 2. According to these articles Dirt 2 is well in development and when they described it, it sounded a lot like Grid. I was wondering if they are referring to Grid (of Codemasters as well), or are we getting the treat of a whole nother Codemasters racing game in the form of Dirt 2?
Loyal Reader, usedbert
GRID is actually part of the Race Driver series, which has been around for many years and under different names in different regions. In other words, no, GRID is not DiRT 2. So, don't worry, you'll still get your DiRT 2.
That's it for this week, folks. Keep sending your questions to: ask [at] xbox360fanboy [dawt] com.

After the new movie, I won't touch anything associated with Indiana Jones. Worst movie ever!

i didnt the the movie was that bad, although the whole alien and spaceship thing at the end was just too much. But as a loyal Indiana Jones fan i refuse to call it bad.

are you kidding me?! It was the best movie I'm going to see this summer other than Iron Man and Dark Knight. Really, really want to see a next-gen Indy game, thinking Assassin's Creed but maybe with proper multiplayer and it could be awesome.

Clearly you kids weren't around to appreciate the first 3 Indy movies. The 4th is terrible, fucking aliens? Lame.
Iron Man was the only worthy action movie this year.

Oh no dude, Gemini I agree with you. I was targeting the guys who replied to your comment claiming it was great. Indy 4 was terrible.

Whats so bad about Aliens? I watched the fourth Indya nd I thought it was the best one besides Last Crusade. I just loved it. I don't get why people are bitching about aliens, the first Indy was about some crazy ass box from God, the second was about some crazy black magic, the third was about a damn cup that jesus drank out of...what makes the Aliens so...dumb? Every movie has had a weird religion/science fiction item to it.

The movie constantly made fun of itself and didn't take its self seriously with the dianetics-esk plot.

I'll have to agree, four was pretty bad. It wasn't a terrible movie, but that special something just wasn't there. Not that the Indy movie with the little Asian kid was any good either...just saying.. (was that temple of doom? It's been so long).

Yeah the second one has always been the red-headed step-child until now. This new Indiana Jones has far exceeded it and holds it's rightful place next to Star Wars Episode 1, 2 and 3.

To put it simply, after walking out of the Indiana Jones 4 showing I winced and promptly went home to brush my teeth and gargle mouth wash.

I find it hard to believe that any film could be worse the The Temple of Doom. That film was dire, really dire, I felt like killing myself by drinking the poison in the first scene.
And what is all the hate for Star Wars Ep1,2,3 they are good films, and people only hate them because they remember Ep 4,5,6 as being better than they are. Personally I think all the Star Wars films are roughly equal.

People hate episode 1 because of two things; Jar Jar Binks, and Midichlorians. Basically the whole thing with the Midichlorians is that it took something that was...you know...special...in the force, and turned it into a lame ass science-explained thing.
I didn't have a problem with 2 really, but I think 3 was explained with the whole "NOOOOO!!!!!!" scene with Darth Vader at the end (Cheeeeesssseeeyyyyyyy)
But yes, temple is an atrocity.

Wait I missed the deadline. I have a question, perhaps it can be answered here in the comments? (im too lazy to google)
The DRM liscene manager thing thats coming soon for the arcade games, will that also work for DLC? I have some PDZ maps I bought on my old console and the maps dont show up in the game unless im online. So will I be able to transfer DLC rights just like XBLA game rights?
