The shroud of mystery continues to be ... uhh, shrouded as Rare keeps the announcement lid firmly sealed on two of their 2008 projects, one of which is guaranteed to be Banjo-Kazooie 3. And now comes word that the secrecy may be coming to an end with MundoRare claiming that both Rare projects were shown to select members of the media last week (presumably) under heavy NDA. Very interesting stuff. We also hear that Rare fansite The Rare Witch Project received an exclusive piece of Banjo-Kazooie 3 concept art that can only be shown when the time is right. Probably because it's spoiler'ish.Adding up the Banjo teaser glimpse we saw at last year's E3, all kinds of random rumors, plot talk, a cryptic website and now word that the media finally are getting to see these projects, we're certain this mystery shroud will be coming off very soon. And what about that second unannounced Rare project? Expect answers at E3 in July.

It was mentioned on a 1up podcast that someone was at Rare seeing the game but that there was no 360 motion controller in sight. Does anyone want to bet that the second game was actually Viva Pinata DS? I'm personally hoping for a sequel to Kameo that fixes the problems that I had with the first game. Why don't they just rip-off the Zelda series completely this time but with a Kameo skin.

I loved the first Kameo, but there is a lot of room for improvement. Without launch deadlines, I hope it solidifies Kameo as a viable IP that Rare can expand off of.

I thought perfect dark zero 2 Or just 2, was rumored to be in the make some time ago. Im betting thats their secret game. And the point of showing media is so they can reveal for exclusives in magazines and websites when rare wants them too.
I think its dumb also tho. They should just show us already, stop waiting.
