According to a SEGA issued press release, the once rumored to be available Condemned 2: Bloodshot demo is now available on the Xbox Live Marketplace, but (sadly) for only European Live members. The release mentions that the demo will be available today (if not already) and will feature campaign gameplay from midway through the first level. There is no mention of a Bloodshot demo for North American fanboys, but we're thinking this is SEGA's apology gift to those in Europe for the game's continuous delays. But we wouldn't mind you sharing your demo love SEGA ... can we has Bloodshot demo too, please?

@.@ I'm a wimp and won't end up playing the demo, but I've seen ads saying there's been a condemned 2 demo for the last month or so. False advertising?

This is bull****. The US is the 360's biggest and most loyal market. They must take us for granted, because this is just ridiculous. Europe, Asia, etc. always get exclusive content, or better offers, or whatever else. What does the US get? Basically nothing except a few scraps.
Europe gets free arcade games for buying a 360, exclusive turok demo, The Club demo much earlier, AceyBongos (better version of Major Nelson), the movie 300 for only 100 points, etc. the list just goes on. Now add on the exclusive Condemned 2 demo, and it really starts to paint a picture.
It just gets me angry that m$ continues to shaft their best customers and give all the goodies to people that don't even like the system (Japan included).

There's also been a significant amount of stuff on LIVE the US gets first... plus the general trend of Europe getting games after the US in general at retail. It's give and take.
In this case, it seems pretty obvious this will appear everywhere eventually. What's going to happen if you play it a week later than people in Europe?

PerfectStrategy,
Also the US gets games well before the UK and Europe nearly 99% of the time. Not to mention the games cost between $80-$100 each and thats games like Halo 3 with no peripherals, so no complaining. I mean, Rock Band isn't coming here till June. Also, I guess because you are from the US it make you Microsoft's best customer, typical American thinking. Also, AceyBongos is not as cool as Major!
P.S. I am American, but moved to the UK 3 years ago.

You are a perfect example of a spoiled american! You get games sooner, hundreds more movies on XBLVM (literally hundreds more), TV shows, exclusive arcade games, majornelson, a better inside xbox, diamond cards, better events and tournaments (for example you guys win 1000000s of $ in the halo 3 tournament...we win a TV) you get a helpline that actually talks your language and the list goes on. To top it all off you get games for less than half the price of us! We pay £40 for a CHEAP game. That is $80 for ONE game. Just normal edition, not limited or special. Stop being a spoiled pig and accept the fact you have to wait for once! That's what we (normally) have to do!
See ya! Off to play condemned 2 ;-)
RUB IT IN!!!! WOOOO!!!!!

Disclaimer: the views of PerfectStrategy do not reflect the views of all Americans. For us that don't want to wait, simply make a European account. Problem solved. Europeans, do the same when we get exclusive demos. Look at that, I just fixed everything.

I don't want to copy/paste what Robzy said but I agree with him.
@Chris
Maybe the problem is solved for you, mate, but it does not work every time. I will say more, it RARELY works this way. Take Gears of War mappacks for example. EU users still can't download them because they are region-locked. Same goes for other content that's region-locked and also the fact that although M$ is officially selling Xbox products in some European countries, like Poland and others, they still did not introduce official Live support. This causes a region-lock for every piece of content that is, e.g. banned in Germany. If you have IP from a country that has official Live support and is allowed to downlaod such content you will download it. If not then you are forbiddent to download it. The only workaround for it is to use proxy [same with US content] but #1 it's cheating #2 most of us have Internet access by router so setting up a proxy for Xbox to use is impossible.
Anyway, in your face! ;)
