oh awesome! what a great way for them to make more money off of people. instead of delivering a full game. Wouldnt it be exciting if they only released one level and made us pay for the rest? that would be so much awesome DLC. as a matter of fact, the original version they offer should be unplayable until the DLC comes out. That would give us something more to look forward to. Great job!

I still haven't played this game but why would I pay for a free web game?

Peggle is not a free web game, except in the sense that they have a "lite" / demo version that you can play online. To get all the characters, challenges, levels, etc. you have to pay. I bought mine over Steam, and I've gotten hours and hours of play out of it.
Actually, the first time I played it was when I bought Orange Box -- that gives you "Peggle Extreme", which is basically the demo version with a Half Life/Team Fortress "skin" on everything. That was awesome enough to shell out for the full version. The "characters" each have a different power, which makes a really big difference in how levels play. Plus, there's... 45? ish? "Master Challenge" levels that can get to be really hard too.
I'm assuming that the XBLA version will start with the PC Deluxe content, then add more after that.

Dusin is on the peggle payrole :D
I find the flippers powerup near useless, the dragon flame ball is possibly the best game powerup ever.

Who cares if it will support DLC? Don't the other Popcap games on Live support DLC? And how much of it has ever been released?
Completely pointless bullet point. Unless the Live version is going to have something interesting the PC version doesn't have (MP? Who cares.) then there's no reason to buy the XBOX version if you have a PC.
