Hmm nothing special besides Guitar Hero III, well unless your into Virtua Fighter 5. Do you guys usually add the Arcade release to the weakly releases post? Cos Mutant Storm Empire is coming out on weds.

GH3 is ok. 2 was way better track wise. I do like the weapons for battles. But tracks need to rock more. That said I love original studio tracks the made ones are kinda lame especially wht zombie, foghat, and poison. Killers, sonic youth and afi = crap. And song choices? Theres way better weezer and Queens of the Stone Age. I did like Slayer. tallica, The D, ZZ top, aerosmith and priestess. Now on to play over xbox live that could be the ticket!

Am I the only one looking forward to Naruto: Rise of a Ninja? I think it'll be a nice change of pace. And I want to see what Ubisoft Montreal can do with it. It follows the show from episodes 1-80. Plus it'll hold me over until Call of Duty 4. And Call of Duty 4 will hold me over until Mass Effect.

Gh3 is a dissapointment. My name is jonas is a sweet song but overly simple on the expert level. One, also is overly simple while songs playing with a real guitar that are overly simple like Anarky in the uk and before I forget are for some reason harder to play in the game then they are in real life. There are songs I do enjoy but, the majority of the tracks I just find myself hopeing the songs end soon while playing them. I'd say neversoft screwed the game up giving it an overall stale feeling. The online battles are borderlined retarded and this installment destroys the core purpose guitar hero was made to begin with, which was to give a majority of people the chance to expierence what playing a guitar was all about, not shooting lightning at people and cutting imaginary guitar strings.
Its clear that redoctain had everything to do with Gh's success and that rockband will be the best bet for a true musical expierence.
This would be a good place to stop Actavision.
This game gets a 7.

GH3 for sure, and I'm hoping to try some TF2 again now that the patch is out. Also picked up PGR4 and Skate a couple weeks ago with the toys r us deal... gonna try and squeeze those in too.

BTW does anyone elses's new wireless guitar's orange button seem flaky? Mine's connection when held down seems to come in and out. I don't think my finger is moving around at all but I could be wrong.

VF5 only for me. The analog stick is not bad at all. In fact some of the more circular moves are better with it than the PS3 digital pad with it's fragmented buttons.

Of course the Hori stick is the best option, but I don't feel any game purchase is justified if you have to pay double it's price to play it, like the GH games.

I wanna play timeshift...but i just picked up ace combat and im LOVING THAT. forza 2 boosting will have to wait.
