Know what was HOT in Hollywood this year?

Video: Overlord media blitz begins

Judging by the increasing amount of promotional material floating around the net, Codemasters really wants Overlord to be a success. New videos are starting to come out at a daily pace, revealing the game's plot and unique gameplay elements. The first video (above) gives a brief outline of the game's story. As the new Overlord, it is your job to rebuild your dark tower as well as punish the "heroes" who destroyed it in the first place. The second video (embedded after the break) shows off a trait displayed by your minions. Labeled, "Commandment One" of "The Six Minion Commandments" the video shows players that minions will always bring you any loot that they find. We must admit, we're really starting to like the idea of dimwitted minions who will perform all of our nefarious bidding. Overlord comes out later this month.

On the Video marketplace their are 3 free tv shows for download. an episode of chris angel mindfreak from a&e, an episode of yo mama from mtv, and an episode of jeff foxworthy with kenny rogers from cmt. I'm pretty sure it's the first episodes from each shows new season.

We should have left it as is to see if anyone caught on to our vastly differing writing styles, Rich.

@ 2+4 Have either of you ever played dungeon keeper? Its nothing like this... at all! Dungeon Keeper is about building a dungeon, this you control a guy who can command minions. The only thing that could be considered similar is that there are minions in it.

For the record, I'm getting this :D looks fun!

i'd say it's pretty similar to dk, actually. in this, you'll use your minions to repel heroes, which is very much the same as dk. i would imagine that you'd use your minions to do some building as well, though we'll find out more soon.
