Major Nelson just posted that with today's release of Crackdown you'll be able to download four new agents for free via the XBLM. Yes, downloadable content for a game before it officially can be purchased at retail! You can check out a preview of the new agents above (full-size pictures on IGN's forums) and to us they look like a ghetto Chuck Norris, a ninja, a Killzone dude, and a cyborg. Be sure to note that this is a perfect example of why some developers outshine others, because they actually care about the consumer and support their games. Thumbs up to you Realtime Worlds, we hope our little Crackdown honeymoon lasts forever.

Tons of people have already had this game for like a week and finished it. A bunch of places broke the street date but I can't find one. Oh well, it's finally here now anyway.

I already downloaded it just to prepare for when my preorder comes in, from what I've been hearing stores had them for a little while now so here's to hoping they have it. That last dude looks like a Borg from Star Trek assimilated an agent. Now those gang members have something to really fear a Borg super Agent lol.

Awesome new models, I think these look better than the ones found ingame, and making them free is great. So far Microsoft published games have had some excellent DLC, they are setting a good example of exactly why the service should exist.

Talk about fan service.....Real Time Worlds has stepped up to the plate and made some noise. Maybe MS should take some notes here and get XBLA straight already. What do I mean, how about having a NEW game on XBLA Wednesday's like they said at the end of 06'!! If I recall corectly Major Nelson has someone on from the XBLA Team who stated that WE have SOOOOO many games in the pipeline that WE could release 2 games every week!! They said it, I did'nt!!

I would be happier if you had the ability to create your own character ala saints row. Give me that, and more customizable cars and I'm in. ahhh, I may be in anyways. still looks like fun.

As long as it lasts until RTW's next game comes out, I think we're good.

Mr BoomStick XL,
Yeah, that guy is no longer with Microsoft. He talked the talk, but couldn't deliver.

The third one looks really really fake, like someone badly photoshopped it. and the first one looks like an action man with a beard. The others look more realisitic but....
