There's actually been 9 themes release this week - most of which Major Nelson hasn't mentioned. You should subscribe to the Dashboard Themes feed if you want to stay on top of new releases.

I was expecting to get an awesome Jack Bauer gamerpic, instead I got the ugly CTU logo and the 24 lcd text.
I was expecting to get a cool theme with some pics from 24 action scenes, instead I got one with pics of Keifer Sutherland hanging out. I guess he did have a gun in one of them.
Avoid at all costs, even if you're a 24 fan.
