Funcom has announced that they will soon begin developing a 360 version of the PC MMO
Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures. Many will be quick to point out that the game received nods from several publications as the best MMO of E3 2006. Our sister site, Joystiq, reports that
Age of Conan begins as a single-player adventure. Upon completion of the single-player portion, it becomes a persistent world MMO. It sounds like a great idea, as users will be acquainted with the game's intricacies when they finally venture online. Also interesting for an MMO, the game features a combo based combat system, which should make the game very accessible on a gamepad.
Hopefully, development will wrap up quickly, so Funcom can get started on the sequel,
Age of Conan: Late Night Adventures.

Ooooh you've got me all excited now! Sounds like a brilliant idea having to go through some SP before going online.
Will Red Sonia be in it? Mmmmm she can hack me to pieces any day ;o)
