What are you playing: sneaky edition

It's time once again for that all important question, what are you playing? This week marks the release of Splinter Cell: Double Agent so, we imagine quite a few of you will be spending your weekend snapping necks and being all sneaky-like. Me, I've still got to wrap up Dead Rising, Lego Star Wars II is staring me in the face, and I have yet to crack into Enchanted Arms. And let's not forget that the Phantasy Star beta is still running. Oh, and that the Project 8 demo should hit today -- still not out as of this posting. On the Live Arcade front, there's Lumines and 3 more episodes of DOOM to clear up (on Ultra Violent difficulty, of course).

Put simply, there's just too damned much to play. How 'bout you? What will you be playing this weekend?

2. I picked up Lego Star Wars 2 last weekend, so I'm still playing that. I might pick up Splinter Cell if I get the chance.

3. Just picked up Splinter Cell, got Dead RIsing to finish, got Doom to play, try to advance my NHL2K7 season too... Plus I should try to be a bit social I suppose.

My SO is gone till December with only my 360 to keep me warm at night.

4. Just picked up Splinter Cell yesterday and started playing last night. So I should be playing that all weekend, as well as some NHL 07 at some point.

6. Lumines Live and Contact (NDS) will be my choice games this weekend. I am looking forward to that Project 8 demo, though.

7. Going to be a mostly real life weekend for me.

MC Frontalot concert tonight, Subbuteo tourney on Sunday, spend some time with a friend on Saturday. If I play this weekend, chances are good that it will be either Enchanted Arms or Guild Wars (which is the first PC game that I've really gotten into in a LONG time).

8. Still chugging through Dead Rising, and really looking forward to the Project 8 demo!

9. I just bought Double Agent last night, but got home and flipped on the NLCS, proceeded to pass out on the couch, and haven't gotten a chance to play the damned thing yet. My roommate /has/ started the training missions, he tells me.

Goodwin- Man, I haven't played subbuteo in so long. Great game.

10. KilgoreTrout, if you're in the northeastern US, I am absolutely certain you'd be welcome. The tourneys are relatively frequent and are in Farmington, CT (near Hartford).

Baltimore has a pretty active scene, and we have a small group that plays irregularly here in the Boston area.

11. Just started Splinter Cell last night at my girlfriend's house. She loves watching me play Splinter Cell ever since she got me the first one for my birthday a few years back. And as the 2nd, 3rd and this one have come out, I've become less and less stealthy. Maybe I just do that to freak out my girlfriend...

12. Splinter Cell for sure... so amazing.. the coop online is rediculously fun. Will always be playing NHL 07 with my roomates... and may pickup tiger woods 07 but am not sure yet... now back to sam fisher!

14. I'm trying to clear the cache of "old" games before the onslaught of November: COD3, Gears of War, and Rainbow 6. So right now I'm playing a lot of Table Tennis... and I'm really starting to hate that bitch Solayman.

15. Splinter Cell for sure, but only when it's totally dark outside. The game looks amazing when it's the only light source in the room. Playing Dead Rising still, Enchanted Arms is on the back burner, but will come back soon, Tales of Legendia for the PS2. I found the game in my collection and noticed I never opened it. So exciting to have a Tales game to play right now and then Tales of The Abyss hopefully at Christmas! Introduced my girlfriend to Chrono Trigger this week, so we'll play a bit of that I'm sure as well. The weekend will be over before I know it. Random Saints Row, Oblivion, Shadow of the C, etc.

16. Just finished grinding the achievements out of Dynasty Warriors 5, will probably move onto Lumines and Ninety-Nine Nights while waiting for Okami from Gamefly. And of course I'm always playing Advance Wars on the bus :)

Posted at 12:58PM on Oct 20th 2006 by King Keepo

17. Splinter Cell FTW! I was rocking Import Racing Tuner before SC came out, so there's a chance, however slim, that I'll play a little of that.. but most likely i'll be sneakily capping terrorists. :)

18. Um...probably nothing.

I might buy Splinter Cell...maybe. My room mate's are enjoying Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker, and Metroid Prime on my rig. It's rather fun to watch/help them.

I welcome the break, and the $140 I won't be spending right now on Tiger Woods 07, Splinter Cell: DA, and Lumines. I'll probably spend this weekend rebuilding my PC while they do that.

19. Pokemon Mystery Dungeon, Sid Meier's Railroads...and like many others, I await the Project 8 demo.

My 360 hasn't been getting a lot of love lately, but that's due to change soon, with Gears coming out.
