Trolls

Few people in Albion ever lay eyes on a Troll. Even fewer manage to see a second troll, being that they were almost inevitably killed by the first. Trolls come in many varieties that conform to their natural surroundings, making them difficult to spot from a distance. They are enormous, unbelievably strong, and their skin is completely impenetrable.

Should you be faced with the grim circumstance of confronting a troll, our advice is simple: Run. Should prudent retreat not be an option, there is reportedly only one way to kill a Troll. Unfortunately, said method remains a mystery, as the researchers of this compendium wanted as little as possible to do with actual Trolls, and are quite happy to deal in hearsay.

Put simply, should you encounter a Troll, you're on your own.
