It's going to be a fiesta filled Halo 3 weekend

It's fiesta time in the world of Halo 3 online multiplayer with the rollout of another Double EXP Weekend playlist, Fiesta! The new eight player free for all Fiesta playlist (which requires the Heroic, Legendary and Cold Storage downloads) will be available from today through Monday morning and will award twice the experience points to those who walk away victorious each game. And just in case you aren't sure what the Fiesta gametype entails, just think back to the Cinco De Mayo playlist we were treated to this past May. Don't remember the Cinco De Mayo playlist? Then picture a chaotic display of Halo 3 multiplayer force with random weapon respawns and plenty tea-bagging.

I really don't want to fork out for the Legendary DLC.
If a game company wants to enhance a game, then do it. But i'm not going to pay for it, i have already had to dish out £40 for the game and something as trivial as 3 maps shouldn't cost anything and i shouldn't be excluded from anything for not buying them.

I fucking love fiesta. But since i dont have the legendary content i cant play. I know Bungie would love to make it free. But there's little to nothing they can do. ='(

If you love Fiesta, just buy the Legendary map pack.. It's only $7.50 for three good maps, the ability to play Cold Storage in playlists, and all the Double EXP weekends!

Or they can remember Fiesta from Halo 2. I hated that gametype... mainly because my luck always snuck it's way in, which means I always got the plasma pistol, while Mr. JoePwnage would end up spawning with rocket launchers.

Nope. bungie has said that it will never ever be free. kevin is wrong. It might get a odd price drop but thats all.

It is worth the ms points. Your really missing out if you dont have it.
