Roogoo and Aces of the Galaxy now available
It's Wednesday today and that means it's time to step into the Xbox Live Arcade waters once again, slosh your feet around and determine if you enjoy the wetness. Visual imagery aside, both Aces of the Galaxy and Roogoo are this week's new XBLA releases, are both 800 Microsoft points and both are said to be quite enjoyable. Especially the puzzle game Roogoo where early word on the internets is that it's worth your time to at least give it a trial download. Cue the overly happy Roogoo trailer ... NOW!

They were both terrible. I swear, if I see one more shooter or cutesy unchallenging puzzle game I'm going to kill someone at Microsoft.

Big words..
i got an idea, just don't buy them if you feel that way.
they're going to release games that aren't for you.

Welcome to the future of games. Complaining is really pointless at this point. Hardcore is now a niche market.

Not including the penny arcade game, I haven't bought an XBLA title in months.

Roogoo looks quite good and casual. I think this could be quite the hit with the younger audience.

I'm looking forward to Richard's thoughts on "Aces" in the upcoming XBLA in brief.

I hope the interview on the podcast doesn't curb possible harsh opinions of the game.

This weeks two releases are great games.
Roogoo is challenging and innovative with a Katamari kinda vibe going on with it while Aces of the Galaxy is a totaly sweet shooter with lock on features, weapon power ups and time manipulation.
If you fail to like either of these games and can only complain like a bitch, you should evaluate exactly why you play games, fools.
In the end Aces of the Galaxy and Roogoo make fine additions to my arcade.
