They're both accepted spellings, though Webster does place 'ax' as the main entry.

Don't worry, I'm sure someday they'll show the 'more powerful', 'more expensive', lower-resolution PS3 version without AA....you know...like most multi-platforms games. With perhaps a few frame hipcups from time-to-time to boot.

from the trailer the other day, the graphics look vastly improved. Look at the detail on eveyrthing!
