H3 McFarlane series 3 and free XBLM downloads

Spawn.com just uploaded a bunch of media for their upcoming McFarlane Halo 3 series three action figures that are set for release this August. The figures (all viewable in the gallery below) include a new Jackal, Human Flood, War Chieftan Brute and Master Chief which were spotted a few weeks back during a toy expo. Also detailed are the exclusive Spartans that'll hit various retailers in various armor permutations and in various colors. Finally, to celebrate Halo 3's Legendary Map Pack's release, McFarlane will be releasing a free set of Halo 3 McFarlane gamer pictures and a theme to the XBLM tomorrow, April 14th. Download, look at those figures and keep Halo 3 on the brain, only because we're telling you to.

I browsed the spawn.com article and didn't see any mention of this being available to those outside of the US. I really hope it is as the pics are pretty cool and the theme is as well.

I'm disappointed in the size of the figures. First, the vehichles and figures are not to scale, so that sucks. Second, they are smaller than I'd hoped for the cost, but that's McFarlane toys for you.

Damn these look good, much higher quality than anything you have to pay for on XBLM. Sadly, i can almost guarantee these will be US only. US has been getting so much free gamerpics/themes lately, its crazy.

True i do have a silver "US" account but being its silver will have to wait a week before i can download them. So really hope they are available to everyone outside US.

I live in the Netherlands and I'm a Xbox Live Gold member, but i can't seem to find the damn gamer pictures! I want the spawn-one REALLY bad!
