X3F TV, we take a hands-on look at
Dark Sector. In the video, we discuss the game's interesting mechanics, the single player campaign and also touch on
Dark Sector's unique multiplayer mode. Overall,

That looks pretty cool. Despite the stupid name and gay box art that initially turned me off I'll have to give this a second look.

Who cares about the box art damnit, anyway it does look cool and I cant wait. Good stuff X3F even though I had already seen all of that footage months ago on IGN.

Considering I captured the footage while playing the game with a developer, I don't think you did :)
Although most of the cut scenes have been out for a while I will admit.

reminds me of GOW and RE4. seeing how those two games are in my top 5 all-time favorites, we may have another contender for next-to-buy game.

Well I'd rather play the space game this once was, but I'm still pretty excited about getting this.

Nicely done, I was a little iffy about the first two episodes of X3F TV but this one was much better.

Gonna have to say, the first part where it was a gears of war/re4 clone looked much more interesting. Especially with the moody black and white digital cinematography. All that color that came back into the game after his infection just seemed to make it more like the standard (typical) shooter. Although, I will admit his boomerang looks like a fun weapon. Hopefully the environments are creative and interesting like the first looked.

Thanks for the hands on X3F, I hadn't been sold on this game yet, but it your video made me really think about getting it. The other gameplay vids I have seen, hasn't made the game look so good.

Seems interesting, I really did like the beginning before he got infected as the actual shooter. Though the glaive looks pretty sweet and for sure adds a unique touch to the whole thing.
Also OT: Where'd the reply system go? I was away for a few weeks and all of a sudden, its gone!

Yes it is. It was misnamed then and it's misnamed now. A *real* glaive is actually a polearm. It's still awesome though.

I'd bet it's called a glaive in the same sense that Blade's boomerang bladed weapon was also called one.
