Recently, Valve's magical Orange Box received a title update with its sole purpose being fixification of Team Fortress 2. Though, sadly, we don't know exactly what changes the update made seeing that Valve has no central news hub for Xbox 360 Orange Box owners. All we get are PC centric updates like this. Evil Valve. But we're guessing the update has something to do with changes that were mentioned a few months back. We're also hearing from our oh so reliable X3F tipsters that the TF2 update adds the option for 14 player games, auto-balance management and other general class enhancements. Again, we can't be exactly sure what modifications were made seeing that Valve doesn't have a central news hub. Did we get that point across yet? Ahem, Valve, we need you to update us on things like this. Mmkay? And until they do, if while surfing the internets you spot a list or breakdown of what changes were put in place with the latest auto-update, please drop us a line. Thanks much.
[Thanks, to everyone who sent this in]

Wait so does this include the medic update? The new achievements? The new medic weapons? Fix the lag? Increase the amount of people per match? Add the New Map? Any of these?

Not much has changed with this fix for TF2. Neither the additional contents nor the medic update for PC is part of Valve's TF2 Xbox 360 tweak patch.
The considerable lag problem for the 360 version hasn't gotten any better as well.

I played earlier, and some kid complained that they removed all of the exploits, so it seems they removed a lot of the bugs and glitches that were annoying.

I know that this is slightly off-topic, but I'm near the end of Half Life 2 and it keeps freezing on me. I can't even get to the dashboard, or anything. Does anyone have any experience w/ this? -disc doesn't look scratched) Is there a work around or something? Thanks!

J, I have the same problem as you.. But I am experiencing this at the end of Episode 1. I can play everything else fine, but when I try to load up episode one the game just freezes up. I tried deleting the saved game but that also didn't work.

the new update is sorta gay... when i go to host a game it doesnt let me saying "bandwidth isnt high enough" (when it really is), but if i exit the "host a game" screen then click it again it lets me host the 16 player games

Where I can usually host 16 player games without lag and the occasional 22 player games (yes, 22) I see today that I can only host 14 players. Lame. The glitch to get in the offices above the intel room is still there too :D

They fixed a few glitches.
They made it so someone hosting without the proper bandwidth can no longer host games bigger than they can handle.
They fixed the spy knife glitch.
And yea, they made it so the soldier cant blow up a sentry gun from underneath which is kinda lame.
The patch dosn't really effect me, I'm from what I can tell one of the few people that can still run 12 players and up.

Here are all the updates as far as I can tell.
-Medics heal noticeably slower, but their extra health stays with you for longer. Ubercharge rate is the same, or about the same.
-The Rumble Feature is miuch, much more noticable now. However, there have been a few instances of nonstop rumbling which I and reportedly other people, have had.
- The ability to have 10 and 14 player games has been added, which is a huge improvement.
-The games all have terrible connections but I think it's temporary because of the patch.
I'm checking withe Pyro point modification now. Will post results.
