Oh wow. We weren't ready for this. Normally we have some warning when something incredibly adorable is headed our way. Usually we have a chance to steel ourselves from the impending cuteness. Not this time though. No, upon seeing this video we were unable to quell the resonating "Awwwwwwww!" as it escaped from our lips, revealing the soft-on-the-inside nature that we try so hard to hide.
It is, as you may have guessed, a two-year-old girl pounding the drums on Rock Band to her heart's content. What's really remarkable is just how well she manages to keep the beat. Scratch that, what's really remarkable is the tumble she takes at the end. So ... adorable ... must ... maintain ... composure.
After watching the whole vid, I realized that the truly funny thing about it is the song selection. Selecting "In Bloom" was totally hilarious because the opening lyric is "Sell the kids for food"!!!!
Wow, this kid was better than that girl in the "one girl rock band".
A note on kids having good rhythm, they process everything very quickly, so while adults think something is fast paced, a child would probably not think so. Most people can recognize this sort of thing when watching children's TV shows, where they are mostly broken up into two twelve minute episodes. It's not that the kids get bored so easily, they are processing more so the time goes relatively more slowly, soaking up everything. while on the other hand, adults have learned to kinda tune things out and zone out to make time go faster.
I mean how many people here still remember their favorite commercials and Theme songs as a kid? i know i do.
@8 it's done for comedic effect, the way one would abbreviate "probation officer" to P.O. , to indicate that she's got her hands firmly on the purse-strings

If you have to abbreviate significant other then they clearly aren't very significant.

I like the part where the kid brings in the little pink chair and takes a break in the middle of the song lol.
