Coming off the release of Finding Beauty in Negative Spaces, rock band Seether is this month's Xbox Artist of the Month (streamers and confetti cannons explode!) But we're sad to report that the label "Artist of the Month" doesn't seem to carry much weight anymore. There is no music, no music videos, no making-of shorts, no anything Seether based to be found on the XBLM. We miss the glory days of downloading multiple music videos and making-of documentaries when an Artist of the Month was announced. Lately, it has been nothing but making-of shorts and well ... that's about it. Come on content masters over at Xbox Live, give us a reason to care about Xbox Artist of the Month bands ... we're giving up and falling asleep.

You guys usually rip on the artist of the month. Why would you want music videos or gamer pics for a band that you hate?
And since nothing was said this time for Seether, I'll say it. Seether sucks.

Regardless if anyone cares to download the videos, check out Gamerpics or slap on a new band's theme or whatever...what's the point of even HAVING an 'Artist of The Month' to begin with??
They could basically announce that 'Dasani' is the Xbox Live 'Bottled Water of The Month' too for that matter..
I mean, why?

I wish they would have some of their music videos up. I enjoy the band.

I'm incredibly excited that Seether is the Band of the Month.
Excited as in I realize there won't be anything to download on XBL, as they suck ass.

The band of horses, maximo park, modest mouse, and fujiya & miyagi vids on xblm are all worth picking up. Those would be the only ones I would recommend.

I remember when "Artist of the Month" meant something. Then corporate got a hold of it and put bands that sucked in the spotlight month after month. Without good, original bands on AOTM I would rather see it die a miserable, but quick death.
