It wasn't that long ago that we advised our readers to start mopping up the games they hadn't finished. Why? Because a perfect storm of gaming entertainment was fast approaching the Xbox 360 at the time. We're not sure if you've noticed, but that storm is upon us. Within the last several weeks alone we've received Halo 3, Skate, and, most recently, Project Gotham Racing 4. Don't forget that there have been tons of smaller releases too. Honestly, we find ourselves with an embarrassment of gaming riches. Oh, and did we mention Orange Box hits next week? Yeah, we're all screwed.
Still, answer the question if you can: what will you be playing this weekend?

I actually went out and bought a SECOND 360 while mine is in for repairs. So Halo 3, and maybe some PGR4 if I feel like goign to get it...I still havent played Bioshock or even started Kameo, and thats on the shelf. So many options!

I may just stick to halo 3 and get to the officer ranks now that I just hit Sargent and also work on the metagame scores and legendary campaign on co-op. Only 4 maps left to complete on legendary and they're not in order lol

Well I head out for a nice week long vacation in St. Pete Beach, Florida on Saturday. That gives me ONE night to play.
I'll be spinning up some last minute Halo 3 as I need 3 more EXP points to hit officer status. After that I'll be enjoying a few games of The Bigs with my buddy who is coming to my place. He doesn't have a 360 and he is so excited to play The Bigs after all the stuff I told him about it.

I don't buy games anymore since I signed up for Gamefly. Halo 3 is a couple games down on my Queue, but I'll get to it eventually. As for this weekend, PGR4 will show up today in the mail, and I should be getting Metroid Prime 3: Corruption soon.

I picked up PGR4 on Wednesday. It's excellent.
I liked the last one, but a lot of smaller things wound up getting to me about it... particularly the incredibly frequent load times. PGR4 obviously has load times too, but they're nowhere near as common (and the menus are set up to bring you right to the next race with one button press, which helps) or as long.
Plus the game just looks fantastic and is a lot of fun. The On Demand function works a hell of a lot better than PGR TV too.
