The new graphics are much nicer than the original, but it will still be nice to have the original graphics for the nostalgia factor.

As usual someone just applied a photoshop blur filter and called it "Updated Graphics". The original looks way better.

there's a new nastily-delicious (nastilicious?) song out by T-Pain called shawty - check it out (if you like that kinda stuff)

... and a shawty, shorty, shortie is definitely a female ... but Enon777 never declared a gender.

True, but the way Enon777 phrased it, "I spent hours as a shortie playing this." suggests that they're no longer a shortie... otherwise why declare a specific gender when referencing past activities?

I'm pretty sure this is the first arcade game I ever actually played (I had previously messed around with the buttons and joystick on Punch-Out!!, Elevator Action, and Karate Champ but it was on demo mode - I was like 4, give me a break). Therefore I am required by law to purchase this.

Fun game though. Buchu (the "flying fat guy") is the requisite scrub before the difficulty starts to ramp up. I think I've made it up to Feedle before losing.

Not sure why he's named Buchu, most of the other enemies are at least loosely named after their weapon (Star, Nuncha, Tonfa, Pole).

U know, Busta Rhymes, 1 of the baddest ass rappers ever refers to himself as a "shortie" in the opening song "Give Me Some More".
