Rockstar has rolled out a handful of new Grand Theft Auto IV images and we've incorporated them into a new gallery, along with previously released content as well. The shots all show off a very impressive level of detail, from foliage in the trees to reflective surfaces on automobiles. We also get some close looks at GTAIV's protagonist, Niko Bellic (seen above behind the wheel of a likely stolen ride). Check out our extensive new gallery below and tell us what you think.

Does anyone else have any trouble seeing the galleries here? None of the images load for me, but the direct link ones work fine.

I can see the photos [Mozilla here]. They look pretty nice and the cars are more detailed than previous editions which is nice.

Well the galleries work fine for me now. I guess it was an error in their coding or something on my side.

Still can't see photos at gallery. Even after clearing cache.
Direct link to photos work. GTA IV is the only gallery with problems for me tough.

the gallery is just a rip off from IGN anyway, just go there. This site never has anything original other than 'after the break' which is gay.

Because it's the same as Joystiq. The majority of stories are submitted by people that found the articles on REAL gaming news sites like Gamespot, IGN, The-Magicbox, etc. Like watching the CBS nightly news after you spent the whole day watching CNN. Might also explain why the "scoops" here are usually piddlyshit articles about some random asshole's Youtube video of a Banshee getting taken down with a land mine. Wow! Stop the presses!

I wish game devolopers sticked their games to the consoles that are best suited for them.
Shooters are perfect for the Xbox 360 while large sandbox games like GTA are better for the Playstation 3.
Why don't devolopers understand this?

I hated the first couple of GTAs, they all used the same damn engine, finally they're changing. This game actually looks like its going to be good, it looks more serious... I buying this one on they first day it comes out!
@CongoZombie
Since PS2 and the first xbox, but this is going to change things. Id like to see more sandbox games on the xbox 360. But id really like to see more RPGs more than anything else, cant wait for Eternal Sonata.

This is the only game on 360 that I'm really waiting on the rest of the year. Only reason I'd et this on 360 over PS3 Is the Downloadable content on Live. I guess since I've played all the GTA's on PS2 I'd feel wierd playing on a anything else.

It's a pretty versatile engine, I must say.

not more uber-shiney cars. it's the last thing this gta needs. they always looks like normal cars wrapped in clingfilm or something. or when someone first discovers the filters menu in ps, and covers all of his photos in plastic wrap.
