Choice quote: The big question is whether you should spend your money on an Xbox 360, and the simple answer is YES!
The site gives PDZ 8/10 and Kameo 7/10 for comparison -- we can't wait to see what they give Halo 3.
2. So I need to burn the music on a CD if I want it stored on my hard drive? I tried plugging in my iPod before, but I can't download it from there.

3. I must agree the xbox has always been a superior machines and the xbox 360 is no exception, but it would just be nice for Microsoft to start adding more game titles, as they have a long way to go before they catch up to there rivals Sony.
Is it true that Microsoft will not make much money on the console there real profit will be in the games.

1. That was a pretty decent review. I have to say that I agree with just about everything in it. It didn't really delve into the media aspects of the 360, but they make me happy that I just bought the system for gaming.
I really loathe the Xbox 360's media capabilities. So far, every time I use them, they seem to be performing fine, but then, some small little thing will happen that will drive me crazy.
For example, the first time I tried playing my music during a game, everything was going fine, but then I decided that my music didn't really go with the game I was playing, so I went to turn it off. There was no 'stop' button on the Xbox 360 Guide, so I had to use my remote, but even after my music had been turned off, the game's music did not come back on. This may just have been the game, but I have now tried it in COD2, Kameo and Amped 3, so if it is a problem with the game, it's not isolated to a single game.
Another issue that I have with it is the CD ripping and music management. The 360 does not read CD text, but instead only queries a database for track info. That means if I burn a mix CD to get a bunch of music I like onto the 360 without having to rip lots of different CDs, I'll have to name the tracks by myself. That alone didn't bother me all that much, but what really got to me after a while was the character limit (I can't think of a reason why I shouldn't be able to fill in the full name of a song), and the fact that you cannot change the album title of music files after they have been ripped. I burnt a CD that had an entire album, plus several other tracks. All those songs are now saved under the full album name, because I cannot change the album title of individual songs.
Anyway, I know that I said I just bought it for the games, and that's true, but now that I have it, I feel the need to use all it's features, even if they make me angry. I guess bitching about the console just makes me feel less dirty (for buying a Microsoft product).
